New Work – Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Conference Room Renovations
A.R. Mays Construction just began work on the Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino Conference Room Renovations project in Coarsegold, California. The project converts existing hotel conference rooms, room suites, and corridors, into a dedicated 4,800 SF conference center. The project is scheduled for completion summer of 2021.
Groundbreaking – Pavilion Plaza West
A.R. Mays Construction broke ground at Pavilion Plaza West in Garden Grove, California. The project involves the demolition of a former Von’s grocery store and the construction of four buildings including a new Sprouts Farmers Market. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2021.
Completed – Mirabel Desert Lodge Clubhouse Renovation & Expansion
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Mirabel Desert Lodge Clubhouse Renovation & Expansion, which added a peninsula bar, upgraded the dining area, expanded the fitness area as well as other upgrades to the clubhouse.

New Work – Love’s Travel Stops – Tolleson
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded a project for Love’s Travel Stops in Tolleson, AZ. The project includes a remodel to the drink center and a 1,436 SF addition to expand the shower, laundry, prep room and freezer/cooler areas. This project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2021.

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Park 10, Shops C project. A ground up construction of a 13,887 SF shell building, a 6,125 SF Barrio Queen restaurant and 4.3 acres of site work. The project is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2021.
