A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Westgate Healthcare Campus project, a ground up, one-story, 13,896 SF medical office building. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the winter of 2021.

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Park 10, Shops C project in Avondale, which included a ground up retail building and a Barrio Queen restaurant.

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the tenant improvement and relocation of Performance Machine in Cerritos, California.
New Work – The District Shops
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded The District Shops project, a 34,813 SF retail center that will include the construction and build out of a 24,601 SF Sprouts Farmers Market and construction of additional retail buildings. Construction begins soon and is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2022.
New Work – Village Grove at Verrado
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Village Grove at Verrado project, which consists of the construction of three retail shell buildings, totaling 35,573 SF, including a build-out of an Ace Hardware. The project also includes 4.2 acres of sitework. Construction begins soon and is scheduled for completion winter of 2021.
