Playa Del Norte, near Tempe Town Lake, is a ground-up, 165,229 SF, six-story post tension Class A office building that includes three stories of office and two stories of parking on top of the ground level with office and executive parking. Scope included the construction of the six-story shell, lobby area, elevators and HVAC along with 2.32 acres of site work that includes exterior parking lot and landscape.
