Pioneer Title

Phoenix, Arizona

The Pioneer Title Remodel project included the renovation of an existing three-story brick masonry building located at the corner of E. Missouri Ave. and N. 16th St., within the Biltmore Area of Phoenix. The newly renovated facility provides administrative offices, executive suites, and amenities for more than 75 employees. Drawing inspiration from a rustic, vintage style the interior core references this architectural language with the combination of natural, earthy materials like oak, clean lines, a monochromatic color scheme, and injections of brass finishes, while emphasizing the history and legacy of the client’s core values to provide a space that is warm and welcoming. The fully integrated office building includes 35,000 SF of office space on top of a single-level, underground parking garage allowing for up to 71 parking stalls. The renovated building included electrical and data wiring upgrades, replacement of underground sanitary sewer piping, new and additional plumbing, fixtures, tile, HVAC, and general tenant improvements. Additional work entailed updating core areas consisting of conference rooms, break rooms, training rooms, mail rooms and electrical/telecommunications rooms. Building amenities include a 1,300 SF fitness center, lockers, showers, kitchen space, break rooms, training rooms, and a 780 SF game room.
