The Pavilion Plaza West project is on a 7.2-acre site and will include the demolition of a former Von’s grocery store and the construction and buildout of a new 24,605 SF Sprouts Farmers Market, construction of three retail buildings totaling 37,529 SF and a building pad for future use.
