The Mirabel Desert Lodge Clubhouse project added a new indoor and outdoor peninsula bar as well as increased casual dining space, outdoor patio dining space with additional fire pits, a private dining room and two new glass walled wine rooms. The Club’s commercial kitchen was enlarged to handle additional dining needs, and upgraded to increase food service efficiency and capacity. The Fitness Center doubled in size (adding 2,400 SF), with dedicated areas for stretching, additional free weight equipment, Pilates and other classes. Locker rooms were updated and additional space was created for more salon and spa services. The front entrance was updated with refreshed landscaping, improved lighting and water features. The Tennis & Racquet Center was expanded to include four new pickleball courts. Featured in Golf Inc. for Clubhouse Renovation of the year.
