Demolition and renovations of an existing retail center along with a 10,000 SF retail building expansion and a 3,000 SF grocery store expansion. Included in the scope of work was the addition of storm water retention, facade renovations, parking lot expansion, and improvements to utilities. The shopping center remained fully operational.
