The club room and fitness center on the 6th level of this multifamily apartment project are switching spaces – resulting in a slight decrease in occupant load. The structure will remain intact without revision. The perimeter walls of these spaces will also remain intact other than interior patching at walls that are being eliminated per the demolition plan. Mechanical ducting will be adjusted according to the new ceiling layout and a few plumbing revisions are being made. Automatic fire sprinklers will be adjusted accordingly.
