A.R. Mays Construction is working on several tenant improvement projects in southern California for Grocery Outlet. The scopes of work include improvements to existing spaces for new grocery stores. Exterior work will include new auto entry doors, storefront, canopy, paint and stucco. Interior work will include new walls, finishes, offices and MEP systems.
