Located adjacent to the intersection of Main Street and the 202 Red Mountain Freeway, the RV and Marine storage facility includes 6,200 SF of RV and Marine services offices, a 7,225 SF RV service shop and a 3,925 SF inventory storage area positioned directly behind the office portion of the building. The 31,332 SF building features metal panels, CMU block, vertical galvanized metal studs and a storefront system painted with a neutral light gray, and dark gray accent color on the office, service, and inventory areas to harmonize the single structure.
