Serving as additional residential housing for community members, this project consists of the construction of 12 4,542 SF duplex buildings (24 units total) with 8 acres of sitework including building pads, site & basin earthwork, building over-excavation, sewer, sidewalks with curbs, landscaping, site lighting, and concrete driveways.
