Construction of a single cross dock speculative shell building of approximately 377,028 SF on a 26 acre site. Facility is primarily distribution/warehouse in nature with the potential for multiple tenants. Shell construction consists of concrete tilt building panels  with castellated beams, steel beam girders, wood purlins, and an insulated TPO roof system with approximately 75 roll‐up doors and 10 dock levelers.
