A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the contract for the Sonoran Creek Marketplace in Maricopa. The 20-acre site will have an 85,462 SF retail center that will include the construction and build out of a 23,293 SF Sprouts Farmers Market and the construction of additional retail buildings. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2021.
