A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Pavilion Plaza West project in Garden Grove, California. The project is a 7.2-acre site that will include the demolition of a former Von’s grocery store and the construction and buildout of a new 24,605 SF Sprouts Farmers Market, construction of three retail buildings totaling 37,529 SF and a building pad for future use.
