The Spouts Farmers Market at The Shops Gainey Village recently had its grand opening. The 27,000 SF tenant improvement incorporated Sprouts’ new prototype layout, which includes a redesigned sales floor layout and a new interior décor package. To accommodate the buildout of the new Sprouts, A.R. Mays Construction also performed the demolition and renovations to the existing retail center.
