New Work – The District Shops
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded The District Shops project, a 34,813 SF retail center that will include the construction and build out of a 24,601 SF Sprouts Farmers Market and construction of additional retail buildings. Construction begins soon and is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2022.
New Work – Village Grove at Verrado
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Village Grove at Verrado project, which consists of the construction of three retail shell buildings, totaling 35,573 SF, including a build-out of an Ace Hardware. The project also includes 4.2 acres of sitework. Construction begins soon and is scheduled for completion winter of 2021.

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the Barrio Queen in Avondale. The project is part of Park 10, Shops C.
New Work – Fort Mojave Duplexes

Completed – SRP-MIC Cultural Repository
The SRP-MIC Cultural Repository was recently completed. The new facility has several uses, all relating to the care, restoration, and housing of the artifacts and documents.
Ribbon Cutting – Pinal County Complex
A.R. Mays Construction participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Pinal County Complex.
Completed – FatCats – Queen Creek
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the FatCats in Queen Creek, a ground up, 61,040 SF family entertainment center with eight theaters, 20 bowling lanes, arcade, nine-hole glow in the dark mini golf, party room, virtual reality area, bar and restaurant.
New Work – Towne Storage – Phoenix
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Towne Storage project in Phoenix, Arizona. It’s a 102,248 SF, two-story storage facility with a rental office, exterior and interior accessed climate controlled storage units and 2.8 acres of site work. The project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2022.
New Work – Grocery Outlet – Brentwood
A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the new Grocery Outlet in Brentwood, California. The project is a ground up construction, full interior buildout and sitework for an 18,304 SF Grocery Outlet. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2021.
