Completed – Cigna Medical Group
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the tenant improvement for Cigna Medical Group. The project was a two-story, 60,000 SF medical clinic tenant improvement in the Harbor Vista Medical Center shell building, which was also an A.R. Mays project.
Completed – Dolphinaris Arizona
A.R. Mays recently completed Dolphinaris Arizona, which involved the construction of a 36,369 SF salt water marine life facility with a 925,000 gallon pool that offers the opportunity to swim with dolphins. Amenities include a rooftop sky deck, beach club with lounge chairs, private cabanas, viewing pool, and two hot tubs.
New Work – Main Event in Gilbert
A.R. Mays was recently awarded the new Main Event in Gilbert, a ground-up construction of a 50,000 SF indoor family entertainment venue featuring 22 bowling lanes, billiards, laser tag, a ropes course, more than 100 virtual and interactive games, and meeting rooms, as well as dining and a full-service bar.
Grand Opening – Sprouts in Mesa
A.R. Mays recently completed the tenant improvement to Sprouts Farmers Market in Mesa. September 21st marked not only the Grand Opening, but Sprouts’ 250th store nationwide. Congratulations to them! A.R. Mays recently completed a Best Western Plus in Chandler. The four-story, 58,000 SF, 87-room hotel is now open for business!
New Work – High Point Academy Charter School
A.R. Mays was selected to construct a two-story, 50,000 SF charter school for High Point Academy in White Settlement, Texas. Built on an existing campus expansion, the grade school supports grades K-8 with a 1400-student capacity.
New Work – Mountainside Fitness
A.R. Mays was selected for a tenant improvement project for Mountainside Fitness. The project involves select demolition and construction of a 33,629 SF fitness facility in Queen Creek. The anticipated opening is fall of 2016. A.R. Mays has worked on five other Mountainside Fitness projects.
Completed – The Algarve at Encanterra
A.R. Mays recently completed The Algarve at Encanterra, an 8,264 SF clubhouse with a resort-style pool, two bocce ball lanes, a 5,000 SF multi-purpose room, a poolside bar, an event lawn, and pickleball courts.
