Completed – Main Event Entertainment – Gilbert
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed a new Main Event Entertainment in Gilbert. The project was a ground-up construction of a 50,000 SF indoor family entertainment venue featuring 22 bowling lanes, billiards, laser tag, a ropes course, more than 100 virtual and interactive games, and meeting rooms, as well as dining and a full-service bar.
Completed – EVO Swim School
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the new Mesa location of EVO Swim School, a 7,000 SF swim facility with an indoor and outdoor pool and pool equipment building. Features also include indoor and outdoor viewing areas, showers and staff training rooms. A.R. Mays also built the Gilbert location.
Beam Signing – Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale
A.R. Mays Construction celebrated a key milestone at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. The Beam Signing event took place on April 25 on the 21,566 SF Volvo dealership located in the Scottsdale Autoshow. Construction is scheduled to be completed this summer.
Groundbreaking – Goodwater Montessori Charter School
A.R. Mays Construction recently broke ground on the Goodwater Montessori Charter School in Georgetown, Texas. This 25,000 SF, one-story charter school opens in fall of 2017.
Beam Signing – Spectrum Medical Commons
A.R. Mays Construction recently held a beam signing event at Spectrum Medical Commons. Construction on the two-story, 45,000 SF medical office building is scheduled to be completed this fall.
Completed – Sprouts Farmers Market
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the tenant improvement for Sprouts Farmers Market in Prescott. The project involved the complete interior remodel of the 44,000 square foot grocery store.

Completed – SFS Office
A.R. Mays Construction recently completed an office tenant improvement for SFS. The 71,401 SF tenant improvement included renovations to the lobby, restrooms and corridors. Exterior work consisted of renovating the back plaza and minor exterior façade upgrade with EIFS and steel canopies.
