A.R. Mays Construction recently completed PROSE, a 2,295 SF tenant improvement for a nail and pedicure shop. The project included demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete, rough carpentry, new finishes, fire protection, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

A.R. Mays Construction recently started a full remodel of a 38,993 SF AMC theater including lobby, concessions, bar, restrooms and all 12 auditoriums. The project is scheduled to be completed in February of 2018.
