A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the new Residence Inn in Scottsdale. The project is a 76,904 SF extended stay hotel consisting of 112 guest rooms. The building is a three-story slab on grade structure with flat roof and stucco exterior. Construction begins shortly and is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2019.
