Groundbreaking – Playa Del Norte

A.R. Mays Construction and Irgens broke ground on their latest collaboration: Playa Del Norte, a six-story, 167,000 SF, Class A office building within the Discovery Triangle in Tempe.

New Work – Pinal County Complex

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the Pinal County Complex project, consisting of two ground up buildings that will house law enforcement and judicial offices.

Completed – Bowlero – Dania Beach

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed the tenant improvement for Bowlero in Dania Beach, Florida. Located on the second floor of a new retail space, the 30,810 SF build-out included 30 bowling lanes, arcade, bar, dining area and kitchen.

New Work – Playa Del Norte

A.R. Mays Construction was recently awarded the contract for Playa Del Norte, a ground-up, 167,000 SF, six-story post tension Class A office building that will include three stories of office and two stories of parking on top of the ground level with office and executive parking. Construction begins winter 2020.

Completed – FatCats – Mesa

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed FatCats in Mesa. The 64,050 SF family entertainment center has eight theaters, 20 bowling lanes, arcade, nine-hole glow in the dark mini golf, party room, virtual reality area, bar and restaurant.

Grand Opening – Ak-Chin Early Childhood Education Center

Along with the Ak-Chin Indian Community, A.R. Mays Construction celebrated the grand opening of the Early Childhood Education Center. The addition to the existing building included six new classrooms, five bathrooms, three offices and a multipurpose room.

Grand Opening – Fort Mojave Pipaaha Macav Cultural Center

Along with A.R. Mays Construction, the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe celebrated the grand opening of the Pipaaha Macav Cultural Center. The project is a 12,574 SF cultural center that includes a story room, classrooms, offices, a meeting space, a gallery and a traditional performance room and exhibit space.
