New Work – Grocery Outlets

A.R. Mays Construction is currently working on several Grocery Outlets in Southern, California. The scopes of work include improvements to existing spaces for new grocery stores. Exterior work will include new auto entry doors, storefront, canopy, paint and stucco. Interior work will include new walls, finishes, offices and MEP systems.

New Work – The Block

A.R. Mays Construction recently began construction on The Block at Pima Center in Scottsdale. The project includes two shell buildings, totaling 24,035 SF, that will include retail and restaurant space as well as 2.7 acres of sitework. Construction is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020.

New Work – Sprouts Farmers Market – Houston

A.R. Mays Construction recently began work on a Sprouts Farmers Market in Houston, Texas. Located in a former Toys R Us, this project includes the full build-out for a 26,506 SF grocery store. Construction is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020.

Completed – Mavrix

A.R. Mays Construction recently completed Mavrix, a 4,855 SF entertainment center with 24 lanes of upscale bowling, 85 arcade games, state-of-the-art laser tag, billiards tables, dozens of 4K televisions, 1,500 SF of meeting and event space, a 5,000 SF restaurant and bar featuring chef-prepared menu items and a large outdoor games patio.

Grand Opening – Sprouts Farmers Market – Cave Creek

A.R. Mays Construction celebrated the Grand Opening of the Sprouts Farmers Market at Cave Creek Crossing. The 30,000 SF grocery store was part of a 47,000 SF retail center built by A.R. Mays Construction. The project also included two additional retail buildings and 10 acres of site work.

Groundbreaking – Pinal County Office Complex

A.R. Mays Construction broke ground on the new Pinal County Complex in San Tan Valley. Construction will include two new buildings housing law enforcement and judicial offices. Construction is scheduled to be completed in spring of 2021.
