A.R. Mays Construction recently completed The Block, a retail center that included two shell buildings, totaling 24,035 SF and 2.7 acres of sitework.
New Work – Elk Valley Casino
Work recently began on the Elk Valley Casino, a 34,500 SF facility will feature 340 slots, six poker tables with six additional gaming tables, bingo hall, bar and lounge, restaurant and event center.
Groundbreaking – Sonoran Creek Marketplace
A.R. Mays Construction broke ground on the new Sonoran Creek Marketplace in Maricopa, AZ. The 85,462 SF retail center will include the construction of a Sprouts Farmers Market and additional retail buildings. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2021.
