Wanting to start his own construction company based on the core values of integrity, responsibility and contribution, Adam Mays created DevCon Enterprises in 1986. As the company grew and became an established general contractor in the Valley, Adam wanted to make the company more personal, so in 2004 the name was changed to A.R. Mays Construction. With a team of more than 80, A.R. Mays is building projects across Arizona and the U.S.
