Replacing a previous building of similar size and use, the project introduces a modern dining experience that blends the mid-century modern character of the existing center with contemporary prairie-style design. The restaurant features an indoor/outdoor bar and a fully covered 1,450 square foot patio that supports year-round outdoor dining. Architectural elements include stacked bond brick, standing seam metal roofing, and stucco finishes that align with the surrounding development. Site improvements, including new shade trees along adjacent streets, enhance pedestrian walkability and strengthen the connection to nearby transit.
