  • Maintain site environmental control

  • Submit monthly progress reports
  • Manage equipment and material deliveries
  • Provide inventory control for stored materials billing

Weekly Scheduling

  • Update master schedule and review critical path activities
  • Review superintendents three week activity projections
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change requests, long-lead deliveries and action items

Cost Control

  • Secure unit rates for subcontracting time and materials
  • Scope change analysis and recommendations
  • Conduct an audit of project costs at close-out
  • Provide monthly project cost reports

Quality Control/Assurance

  • Include specific quality guidelines and expectations in bid packages
  • Require subcontractor participation in a site specific quality control program
  • Conduct interim project evaluation
  • Evaluate and rate subcontractor workmanship
  • Conduct all require testing and inspections

Safety

  • Provide and implement a site specific safety program
  • Hold weekly subcontractor safety meetings
  • Monitor and enforce jobsite safety
  • Provide monthly safety report
  • Voluntary OSHA consultations to ensure jobsite compliance
