The Oak Creek Travel Center is a ground-up development designed to serve both commercial and recreational travelers. The project includes a 12,757 SF travel plaza/truck stop building offering trucker-specific amenities such as showers, laundry, a TV lounge, break room, business center, food service, and a drive-through. Additional features include a QSR, full restrooms, and a convenience retail area. Fueling infrastructure includes eight (8) MPDs for passenger vehicles, seven (7) diesel/DEF dispensers for trucks, and four (4) 30,000-gallon underground fuel storage tanks. Site and road improvements will include truck and car parking, RV fueling, utilities, paving, lighting, striping, signage, landscaping, and a designated pet area.
